Central in collaboration with MOSL presents ‘Presenting with Confidence’
MOSL requested a fun, interactive, and memorable online training session to help give their workforce the confidence to deliver impactful presentations, both online and in-person. In response, we designed a two-part ‘Presenting with Confidence’ course.
Starting with a large group session in the morning, we facilitated a lively discussion and introduced key concepts and techniques to help improve the impact of their communication. In the afternoon, participants were invited back for 1 hour sessions in small, supportive groups to deliver a short presentation, receiving tailored feedback from our voice and communication coach, and their colleagues.
Course Objectives:
Increase awareness of presentation style and habits
Understand how body language can help to create status and build rapport
Working through body, breath, and voice to find calm and confidence when presenting
Learn the fundamentals of voice production and vocal anatomy
Practice vocal projection and creating volume in a safe, healthy way
Bring speech to life by practising articulation, resonance, clarity, pitch, pause and pace

What made you choose Central for Presentation skills training?
Having attended a taster day at Central early in 2020 I recognised the impact that having people who are trained in voice coaching and acting skills share their passion and knowledge would really benefit our employees.
