We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Production Technician, with experience in a wide range of production lighting, in our Technical & Production team.

You will provide guidance and support to students, staff and visiting lecturers/professionals and manage our new state of the art performance studios for students studying with us.

Our mission to shape the future of theatre and performance in the UK and beyond is contingent on a diverse and inclusive student and staff body, bringing richness, knowledge, innovation, new understandings and skills. We welcome applications from candidates from backgrounds historically underrepresented in drama Conservatoires and Higher Education, and who are committed to building and sustaining a diverse, inclusive and equitable environment and industry.

In particular, women, LGBT+, people with disabilities and those from BAME (Black, Asian, Minority and Ethnic backgrounds) are strongly encouraged to apply for this role as they are currently underrepresented within the team and more widely in Central.
