Establishing an atmosphere of equality is everyone’s responsibility. Part of the role of the Independent Equity Committee is to help create lasting, positive, systemic change within Central.

As an alumni, active in the Industry, I am excited to come alongside this new wave of change. A key part of this process is helping to establish and enable a safe environment to exist, where each person feels valued. Thus empowering every student, to want to achieve their full potential, while at Central and beyond
