Luke is Co-Founder & Senior Partner of Hawkwood International Ltd and Director of the McLean Purser Consulting Group. He has held senior roles at leading educational and cultural institutions including the University of Oxford, English Heritage, and the Royal College of Art.

He has worked with partners across the globe, forging innovative partnerships and raising philanthropic and sponsorship income. Luke co-founded Prototypes for Humanity (formerly Global Grad Show) at Dubai Design Week in 2014. In 2018 Luke and his Hawkwood co-founder Alon Shulman, organised the first ever official music performance at the Stonehenge, streamed to 600,000 people and described by Rolling Stone magazine as “an iconic moment”. In 2019 he worked with the Gagosian Gallery in London to create a breathtaking exhibition Visions of the Self: Rembrandt & Now featuring Rembrandt’s finest self-portrait, alongside rarely seen works by Warhol, Richter, Picasso, and Jenny Saville.

In 2021 Luke created a groundbreaking new exhibition, Magna Carta: Tyranny, Liberty, Justice in Washington DC, which entailed flying two original Magna Cartas from the UK to the USA as well as writing and producing a short film starring Andy Serkis as King John. As a fundraising strategy consultant, Luke has worked as an advisor to the Queen Rania Foundation in Jordan, the English National Ballet, the Courtauld, the Ditchley Foundation, London Art Week, and Art Dubai. Luke is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and studied History at the University of Oxford.
