Jack is a director, actor trainer, theatre maker, dramaturg and community theatre practitioner.
Jack trained as an actor at The Oxford School of Drama. As an actor Jack performed in venues such as The Royal Court, Watford Palace Theatre, Pendley Manor, The Arcola, Southwark Playhouse, Theatre 503 and Soho Theatre.
After years working in the industry as an actor, Jack obtained his Masters in Theatre Directing at Birkbeck College University of London (Distinction.) As a director he has worked for Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Sampad dance, The Donmar Warehouse, The Hampstead Theatre and The Royal Shakespeare Company. He has directed work in London, Dublin and New York.
Jack teaches extensively across multiple drama schools, community settings, artist development projects and artist mentorship schemes.
