On the evening of Wednesday 14 April, we were delighted to have Central alumna Zoë Wanamaker CBE join us for a special online event for our Class of 2020 and 2021, as part of our programme of support for emerging graduates.

Over the course of an hour, Zoë discussed her training at Central and shared insights and anecdotes with the Class of 2020 and Class of 2021, drawing on her hugely successful career on stage and screen. Students and graduates were also given an opportunity to ask her questions directly, and to receive advice and guidance from her first-hand.

“It was an absolute delight to welcome Central alumna Zoë Wanamaker, who graciously provided her time to speak with emerging graduates from across Central, providing personal advice and entertaining us all with her fabulous storytelling from her years in the profession.  The students and I were all utterly charmed by her presence”.

- Dr Joshua Abrams, Interim Dean of School

“It was a pleasure to speak with Central’s students and graduates, look back on my time at Central in 1970, and offer some words of advice to help them address some of the new challenges being  faced in 2021, and beyond. I have no doubt that they’ll go far!”
