University of London Intercollegiate Halls Application Form 2024/25

All applications submitted before the 25th March 2024 will be treated equally, however priority is given to disabled students and/or students with medical conditions (Allocation Group 1). Students who live with a disability or medical condition will have the opportunity to submit robust evidence when they apply and their room preferences will be processed first.

All remaining rooms will be equally split between Priority Group 2a (International Students) and Priority Group 2b (Home Students) and allocated on a ‘lottery’ allocation system until all rooms have been booked.

Each Applicant/Student will be asked to rank their first, second, third, forth and fifth choice of room preference. The Applicant/Student will also be asked to confirm that all room choices are within their budget. Please be aware that if you are allocated a room we cannot guarantee your first choice.

Students who are not allocated a room can request to be put on a Waiting List and students in all categories may be offered a room if any become available. This will be done on a fair and transparent lottery-based allocation process

Once the application period has opened, please let us know if you require the form in a different format or have any questions. You can contact us at SAS@cssd.ac.uk

Undergraduate offer holders will be invited to attend a Zoom event about applying for Intercollegiate Halls and learning about other accommodation options. This events will take place online on Thursday 25th April at 18:00 (UK Time). Please look out for the event invite in your email inbox. If you are unavailable for this event and would like to learn more about accommodation options, please email SAS@cssd.ac.uk and a member of the team will get back to you.
