2015 Movement with MA Acting (Classical) and MA Acting (Contemporary) mentored by Anna Healey. Leading warm ups using yoga exercises and imagery to explore the relationship between breath and movement and assisting with students explorations of the elements and materials.
2015 Morning Session with MA ATP mentored by Ayse Tashkiran. During these sessions yoga and other somatic exercises were used as a way of waking up the body and mind and preparing the students for their day ahead.
2014 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200HR Certified with Abby Hoffmann Yoga with a focus on teaching Vinyasa Flow to general level groups.

2015 Research and Development Day with director Laura Bridges for Seadog Theatre. Exploring rituals for going to sleep and putting a child bed. Investigating how movement can be used to signify being awake and being in a dream.

Patricia has been interested in movement from a young age starting with classes in ballet, tap and acrobatics. Whilst studying MA Theatre Studies Patricia trained in capoeira and took classes in contemporary dance discovering an academic interest in the body in performance. In 2014 Patricia completed her 200HR RYT Certification with Abby Hoffmann Yoga in London and applied principles of yoga to her performance practice. Patricia is currently a student of the MA Movement Teaching and Directing at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
