John is a theatre director and facilitator who has worked in a variety of educational settings making work for and with young people. Alongside his theatre work he is also a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach for Rugby. His work has had a focus on the body as a means to communicate, and his onwards work traces the connection of the actor and athlete with their unique and shared experience of the need 'to perform'. He is neurodiverse and reflects this experience in his inclusive movement practice.
