Teaching on the BA Acting Year One with mentor Vanessa Ewan: Working with Vanessa Ewan my placement involved the exploration of the student´s movement through narrative exercises of imagery, aimed at exploring the qualities of the four elements: air, fire, water and earth.

Director: Martin Wylde: I led warm-ups before rehearsals, incorporating joint mobilisation and core strength. During the sessions, I offered one on one coaching to help the actors to find the qualities of movement of the characters.
Currently on placement as Movement Director on the production Coram Boy by Helen Edmundson in Italia Conti Academy/BA Acting year 3.

I have performed as an actress in over 20 shows, and in 2009 I participated in one of the most significant theatrical performances of the Mexican dramatic art in the last ten years: Incendies (Scorched) by Wajdi Moauwad. This play closed a cycle of 140 performances in Mexico City and other major cities throughout Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and the United States.
I have trained in various movement techniques like: Ballet, Acrobatics, Tai Chi, Social Dance (Latin Rhythms), Release and Stage Combat.
Currently: for the last two years I have been practicing yoga.
My experience as an actress has helped me to deeply understand the work of the actor and has nourished my point of view as Pedagogue and Movement Director. As a practitioner, I am developing a personal work trough imagery and movement that enables the actor to embody characters and to explore atmospheres.
In 2011 I was the recipient of a grant from the National Fund for Culture and Arts (FONCA) via the Programme of Promotion for Cultural Projects and Conversions. With their support I directed Le Plain Americain, by Evelyn de la Chenèliere. In 2015 the same institution have supported my study on the MFA in Movement Teaching and Directing, at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
