Victoria Dickie has been an independent member of the Board since March 2008. 

Her charitable trusteeship interests include Compton Verney House Trust, where she is a Governor and, where she serves as a Trustee.

Victoria set up as a fundraising consultant in 2004 to provide advice to Boards and senior management of arts organisations in all aspects of fundraising.  She has had experience in implementing effective strategies for major capital projects as well as general revenue fundraising from the corporate sector to individuals and trusts and foundations.  She has established fundraising departments for Trinity College of Music and the National Galleries of Scotland and worked for The Royal Academy of Arts as Head of Corporate Affairs.  Since turning freelance her clients have included Opera Rara, The Roundhouse Trust, Aldeburgh Productions, Handel House Trust, The Michael Tippett Foundation, Fulham Palace, Dartington Hall Trust and Handel House Trust.
