Kristina is currently a Ph.D. candidate at London South Bank University, undertaking a research study in collaboration with Lyric Hammersmith. Her research investigates participatory arts-based approaches to impact evaluation frameworks and evaluative outputs to create meaningful understanding of causation and long-term impact.
She has worked as a visiting MA tutor at Mountview; as a freelance theatre practitioner; Development Director for Create, a London-based creative arts charity; and managed St Bride Youth Theatre, London.
Kristina holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory and holds Master’s degrees in Educational Theatre (New York University) and Museum and Gallery Education (University College London, Institute of Education).
