Profile

Ingrid has been working as a voice and accent coach throughout the UK and internationally since graduating from Royal Central School and Speech and Drama with an MA in Voice studies in 2005. She specialises in vocal technique, accents, articulation, presentation, and interview skills.

Ingrid trained as an actor in London and continued to develop her skills and experience through working in post-production and voiceover sessions in recording studios for TV advertising and feature films and has been working as voice-over artist in recent years.

Ingrid is currently coaching senior-level corporate professionals to develop confidence, vocal power and clarity in communication. She specialises in articulation within a range of accent patterns and delivers workshops in pronunciation techniques to English language teachers.  

Ingrid coaches individual professional actors in film and TV such as BAFTA nominated actor Johnny Harris (Monsters – The Dark continent, Vertigo Films and the Sky Atlantic TV series Fortitude), Jo Hartley (Eddie the Eagle and David Brent ‘Life on the Road’) and Irish actor Charlotte Peters (Pound of Flesh). Recently she worked as a Swedish accent coach for the TV series Umbrella Academy.

Ingrid has recently been working as an accent coach for singers and musicians in London recording studios in addition to performing as a soloist and in a group with professional choir Mike King Collective performing at events such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (sold-out shows).

As a Swedish native Ingrid uses international techniques and practices to help professionals develop their communication skills. She works intuitively with each client’s needs and offers bespoke training to encourage natural development, insight, and confidence.
