Central's doors are open to come and find out more about the courses available in the area of Theatre Crafts, Design and Production.
If you're considering pursuing a degree in costume construction, design for the stage, production lighting, prop making, scenic art, scenic construction, stage management, technical and production management, theatre lighting design or theatre sound this open day is an opportunity to investigate how these courses operate at Central.
Find out more about how study is enabled via practice on student productions, industry placements and mentoring from Central's permanent staff and extensive network of visiting practicing professionals. This event is held in conjunction with the Design and Crafts Exhibition at Central, offering the chance to see current final year student work up close and personal. Take a tour of the campus, explore the facilities and talk to current students about their experiences on Central's BA (Hons) Theatre Practice degree.
Please note - if you wish to apply for BA (Hons) Acting, this event will not provide you with any information on your course of interest and no acting staff or students will be present. We also must make every effort to keep spaces on BA (Hons) Theatre Practice event free for those interested in pursuing the course. If there are no spaces left for your course of choice, contact us for alternative ways to visit the school.
The event will be starting promptly at 12pm, please aim to arrive 10 minutes before. Any latecomers may be refused admission. Please expect to be with us until around 2:30pm.
