Profile

Simon is an actor and theatre maker who trained at Royal Central on the BA Acting - Collaborative and Devised Theatre course and the National Youth Theatre.

Acting credits include: The Third Day (HBO/Sky), The Oracles (Punchdrunk), Conspiracy (Channel 5), Shakespeare (BBC Bitesize) Open Lab (Barbican), Paradise (Arcola Theatre), Derren Brown: Fear and Faith (Channel  4), Fathers Inside (Soho Theatre), The Gap in the Light (New Diorama Theatre), Fundamental (National Theatre Studio), The Forbidden Zone (Katie Mitchell/Schaubhune Berlin) & Happy Days (Katie Mitchell/Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg).

Simon is a member of experimental theatre company The Factory and has a background in immersive theatre, improvisation and arts education. He is a co-founder of award winning devised theatre company Engineer Theatre Collective, with whom his work has been twice Offie nominated and was featured in The New Yorker.

Simon has lectured and facilitated for Royal Central, Barbican Creative Learning, Guildford School of Acting, Trinity Laban, Royal Northern College of Music, National Youth Theatre, Shakespeare Schools Festival, National Theatre Connections, Regional Theatre Young Directors Scheme, Chichester Festival Youth Theatre and the Queens Theatre Hornchurch. Simon has trained with artists including Complicite, John Wright, Ivo Van Hove, Tim Etchells, Sue Buckmaster and Simon Stone.
