Changing Lives

Since 2007 funding from The Leverhulme Trust has provided development opportunities for more than 350 Central students.

Our students have worked around the world, including the slums of Mumbai, South African townships, and in prisons in the UK and abroad.

This funding has contributed to the high employment or further study rate of Central’s applied theatre students (96.2%).

Funding for Students

From September 2016, over £60,000 of funding from The Leverhulme Trust will be available each year to students on Central’s BA (Hons) Drama, Applied Theatre and Education and MA Applied Theatre courses.

Instructions on how to receive this funding are provided during the course.
