Performed by BA (Hons) Acting (CDT)
Designed & produced by BA (Hons) Theatre Practice
Overview
What does it feel like to stand on the precipice of adulthood and survey all of the versions of self one could become? Can you build an identity outside of the expectations thrust upon you in terms of period and gender?
When there is a gap between what you’ve been told the world should feel like and how you actually experience it, what does that mean? How can we bridge the chasm between individual and society, or expectation and reality?
This production takes inspiration from the life and works of Sylvia Plath.
