The Ernest Cook Trust was founded by the philanthropist Ernest Cook in 1952 and provides education grants.

APPLICATION DETAILS: Students interested in applying for the Ernest Cook Trust Awards must be holding an offer for Drama, Applied Theatre and Education, BA or Drama, Applied Theatre and Education, BA: Writing for Performance by the deadline of 27th May 2016. All applicants holding offers by this date will be invited to apply for the Ernest Cook Awards and will be sent an application form together with guidance notes.

Criteria for the awards are based on a combination of merit (promise/ability shown in application form and at audition/interview) and hardship.

Applicants will have two weeks to return their Scholarship application form. Central’s scholarship panel will consider all eligible applications. All applicants, successful and unsuccessful, will be notified of the outcome of their scholarship application.
