Course Title

Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace

Explore creative approaches to managing your health and wellbeing in the workplace. Through applying drama-therapy techniques, you will discover how to take small, simple steps to take care of yourself at work on a daily basis.

This course is facilitated by a state registered Drama Therapist with extensive experience working within the NHS, education, corporate and social care settings.

Why Dramatherapy?

Dramatherapy is the use of drama and theatre techniques to facilitate personal growth and promote self-esteem, confidence and self-awareness. Dramatherapy techniques offer a different way to support yourself with situations which may cause pressure, allowing you to think imaginatively and creatively, and encouraging insight and growth. These techniques can be called upon quietly at your desk, whilst working at home, on your commute or with colleagues.

  • Explore creative solutions and problem solving techniques which can be implemented at any time and place
  • Identify particular aspects of your day which may trigger tension and create ways of preventing this escalating
  • Develop helpful rituals you can introduce to your working day
  • Leave with a toolbox of creative techniques to support your health and wellbeing at work, leaving you free to enjoy home and your free time

This course is suitable for teams looking for a creative approach to improving their health and wellbeing at work.
