Experiencing nerves and stress before public speaking is a very common issue – but that doesn’t mean you have to feel this way each time you have to speak.
Work with us on body, breath and mindfulness techniques to dissolve anxiety before and during public speaking. Learn to connect to your authentic voice to increase your ability to speak with authority and impact.
Conquering Nerves & Building Confidence is led by a fully qualified Voice and Communications Trainer. Group sizes are limited to 8 participants to ensure maximum impact and individual feedback. The course will run 9.30am - 12.30pm and is held at one of Central's London venues.
