Central in collaboration with The NHS presents ‘Creative Communication’
Having been awarded the contract to deliver the ‘Great Expectations’ training programme for NHS Chelsea & Westminster Trust, we created two half-day workshops focusing on giving feedback and ‘positive adult-to-adult’ conversations. We created a series of role-plays and scenarios that formed an integral part of the training. The training was delivered to approximately 200 medical professionals over 3 weeks.
