The School has a separate website for online enrolment called Student Self Service which you will have used to enrol in previous years.
When you are invited to enrol online (normally after your progression from one year to the next is confirmed by an examination board or on the anniversary of your initial registration) visit the site using the 'Enrol Now' link below then use your personal email address and password to login. Further instructions can be found below.
Please note that under School regulations all student are required to enrol annually each year that they are a student with the School. Please ensure that you complete the online enrolment process before the first day of term to enable your continuing registration. There will be no formal face-to-face process to complete on campus as there was when you first registered.
When you enrol we ask you to declare how you will be paying your tuition fees. Payment of tuition fees is a separate process and no funds will need to be paid to enrol.
Failure to enrol before the start of your course will affect your student status and access to services, resulting in a time-limited temporary registration. If you do not contact email@example.com with information about your delayed enrolment, the process of de-registration and exclusion from your course will begin with formal notice.
Enrolment opens in August and December when it is open for all continuing students who are eligible to progress to the next year of their programme.
The deadline for your enrolment is the first day of the autumn or spring term for your programme.
Failure to enrol online before you are expected to continue your studies will affect your student status and access to services. If you do not contact firstname.lastname@example.org with information about your enrolment, the process of de-registration and exclusion from your course will begin with formal notice.
Students receiving a loan through Student Finance England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland will not have their enrolment confirmed until is it complete, so are encouraged to do so at their earliest convenience. It normally take 2-3 working days for funds to hit student accounts after the School submits your enrolment data. Failure to enrol in advance of the first date of term will result in maintenance loans not being deposited in student accounts in time.
Your Student Self Service account uses your personal email address, not your @cssd address. If in doubt, check back through your emails from last year where you would have received a confirmation of submission email from email@example.com.
There is a password reset tool on the site.
The email address to use will be your personal email address which your account was created with.
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Click here if you have forgotten your password' link at the bottom of the login page to reset it.
Once logged in, in the left hand navigation menu go to Course Status > Enrolment Tasks
Click the Complete my online enrolment link in the Tasks column next to your course. Check and complete your information as you progress through the enrolment pages. You can save your progress and return to this stage at any point. When you log back in, you can find your enrolment by clocking the view Basket link in the top right menu.
On the last page click Submit enrolments, then you will receive a confirmation email of your successful enrolment.
Your tuition fees for this academic year are due to be paid from 1st September 2018 and 1st December 2018. Those students paying their fees through Student Finance England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, with sponsorship, scholarship or other loans, have alternate arrangements detailed below.
Details of payment methods are detailed in the documentation supplied with your offer letter and in the Tuition Fees Information 2018/19 document. If you have paid a deposit, this is to be deducted from the full tuition fee amount due. If you require confirmation of receipt please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have applied for Student Finance to pay your tuition fees, the School will be notified once your assessment is completed and will not expect to receive a fee payment directly from you.
If you have obtained sponsorship, scholarship or a loan from an organisation and have not yet submitted proof of this, please send a copy of this information immediately to the Finance Officer, Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, Eton Avenue, London, NW3 3HY.
If you need to pay in instalments to match the payments of a loan you are receiving, please download the instalment form, complete it and return to email@example.com.
When you enrol online, you will be prompted to tell us where you will be living whilst you are studying with us. Make sure you have the correct address and postcode. You might not yet know where this will be, so you can use your permanent address and update your address with the Student Advice Service when you do know.
