Before joining Central, Alastair Noonan followed a freelance career in venues around London, from the Dominion to the Institute of Contemporary Arts, managing tours as well as working as production electrician for the Royal Shakespeare Company. For a period in the West End he worked on musicals such as Grease, Grand Hotel, Bernadette, Barnum, including several Royal Variety Shows, The Children's Royal Variety Show, and The Olivier Awards.
