Overview

We are constantly bombarded with information on all fronts, often purporting to reveal important knowledge, and yet… and yet, we yearn for simple connection, for human contact, for love. 16 actors play over 100 characters in more than 50 dizzyingly fast paced scenes in this thematic study of how humans choose to live or, perhaps more accurately, find themselves living. The creative team behind Bones, The Burial At Thebes, and Beweep/Outcast join forces with musician and composer Arun Ghosh and MA Acting Contemporary to bring Churchill’s finely crafted work to the stage. A single play or fifty-seven individual vignettes? You decide.

Star‘It takes the light two point eight million years to get here.
So we’re looking at two point eight million years ago.
It might not be there. It could have died by now.
So who’s going to see that?’

By special arrangement with Samuel French Ltd a Concord Theatricals Company.
