Annual Accidental Festival Deadline Announced
Following last year's success, the Accidental Festival is back - bolder and broader, encouraging practitioners from all artistic fields to join us in one of the most daring events of next summer.
The Accidental Festival is entirely produced by students from Central School of Speech and Drama’s BA (Hons) Theatre Practice: Performance Arts course in collaboration with the Roundhouse Theatre, and gives students the practical experience of running a professional festival, from the box office and marketing to fundraising and logistics.
The festival returns to the Roundhouse from 31st May - 3rd June 2012 as a hybrid event of emerging talents and established artists.
We are looking for applicants from diverse communities worldwide to take risks, create and collaborate to make this the most explosive festival yet.
Whilst participants are not paid, you will have the opportunity not only to show your work for free at the Roundhouse and see what fellow artists have created, but also to become a part of the festival's wider community of: Dance, Physical Theatre, New Writing, Straight Plays, Spoken Word, Comedy, Music, Film, Interactive, One-on-One, Multi-Media, Installation, Fine Art, Photography, Sculpture, Fashion, Design, Workshops and anything else you can think of!
Don't miss out, apply before 20th January 2012!
