BA (Hons) Theatre Practice Open Event

Theatre Practice has several strands including costume construction, design for the stage, performance arts, production lighting, prop making, scenic art, scenic construction, stage management, theatre lighting design, theatre sound and puppetry.  Students on this course study via practice on student productions, on industry placements and by classes taught by in-house staff and of visiting lecturers who are themselves practicing professionals.

The event will not include information relevant to the Acting strands nor to BA (Hons) Drama, Applied Theatre & Education. Students and staff from these two courses are NOT participating in this day. It is ONLY for those interested in the 3-year, full-time Theatre Practice course. If you are interested in these subjects please come and see a student production or reserve your place at the heavily subscribed Undergraduate open days when they are open for booking.

As part of the open event for all UG courses, you are invited to come to the open day to find out more about BA (Hons) Theatre Practice and have a tour of the campus.
