Saturday Youth Theatre

Course Title

Saturday Youth Theatre (ages 6 - 17)

Join us every Saturday for 9 weeks of fun-filled, practical classes, with lots of opportunities to play, create theatre and make new friends!

Each week, you will explore lots of different drama techniques including improvisation, voice, and movement, devising and working with scripts.

There will be plenty of practical drama games and exercises. The focus will be on building skills, confidence, collaboration, and FUN!

At the end of the term, parents and guardians will be invited into the class to celebrate the students’ work.

What you will do

With an experienced teacher you will work practically on different aspects of drama training. You will play games and explore the skills and techniques we use at Central in an age appropriate way.

In each class you will work physically and practically which means getting up and trying things out. But don’t worry, it won’t be scary - there is a big focus on confidence building, having fun and collaboration.
