‘A dog is barking: on theatrical déjà vu’

Joe Kelleher (Roehampton) will read a draft chapter from a current book project provisionally titled The Iluminated Theatre. The paper involves a reading of performance by Italian collective Kinkaleri, alongside literary and theoretical texts on déjà vu and “memory of the present”, in pursuit of a notion of the historical consciousness of theatrical images.
