Gareth Neame OBE is a Golden Globe and Emmy award winning television Producer. He has been behind many well known dramas including Downton Abbey - an idea he initiated and he produced every episode of the show. He is keen that the most talented individuals can choose to train as actors, technicians, designers and craftsmen and women regardless of their personal financial situation.
