In June, Central student Shannon Theumer took part in a unique interview with the award-winning French novelist, playwright and director Florian Zeller as a part of the press junket for his BAFTA and Academy Award-winning film The Father.
During the week of 14 June Central’s Dr Ella Parry-Davies, a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at Central, will take part in the British Academy’s annual Summer Showcase an exciting combination of free online talks, performances, demonstrations and activities exploring research into subjects ranging from early modern fortune-telling to the hidden histories of British hip–hop.

On Sunday 16 May Central’s Keep Creating Gala, featuring appearances from alumni including Riz Ahmed, Dame Judi Dench, Sonia Friedman, Michael Grandage, Jason Isaacs, Rebecca Lenkiewicz, Toby Olié, Sir Tony Robinson, Catherine Tate and incoming Principal Josette Bushell-Mingo, raised over £33,000 to support Central students impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic.

From Monday 22 - Friday 26, Central is partnering with the NHS to present the Student Knowledge Exchange Festival, a week-long celebration of the Student Knowledge Exchange project between the Central and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
